Initial Consultation
Before deciding if hypnotherapy is right for you, you can book yourself an online initial consultation, or face-to-face initial consultation for £20. During the initial consultation, Heather will gather information regarding what you hope to achieve from having hypnotherapy sessions, information about your current health and well-being, and provide an explanation of the brain to help you understand how hypnotherapy can support you. With an initial consultation, you will also receive a relaxation audio which can support you with improving your sleep, and supporting you to relax.

Individual Face to Face Sessions
is charged at a rate of £65 for a 50-minute to a one-hour session.
A block booking offer of 6 sessions can be purchased for £350.

Individual Online Sessions
are charged at a rate of £60 for a 50-minute to a one-hour session, for both adults and children.
A block booking offer of 6 sessions can be purchased for £300.

Individual Children’s Sessions
are charged at a rate of £65 for a 40-minute to a one-hour session.
A block booking offer of 6 sessions can be purchased for £350.

Phobias Package
is charged at £230 for 3 face-to-face sessions or online sessions.

Smoking Cessation package
is charged at £150 including a 60-minute initial consultation and a 90-minute to 2-hour session. This is either online or face-to-face.

Relaxation Sessions & Packages
is charged at £30 for a 30-minute relaxation session (online only) or a relaxation package including a 40-60 minute initial consultation and 4 30-minute relaxation sessions for £140 (online only).
Mindset Courses
7-week Mindset Coaching Course, the next due to start on Thursday 15th February, is charged at £85. This includes a one-to-one initial consultation and 7 90-minute group sessions. These run every Thursday for 7 weeks from 7:30 pm to 9 pm.
Corporate Mindset Workshops
Please request an appointment with Heather so she can personally guide you through what tailored workshops she can provide for your business and company.
Discounts & Offers
Heather offers a 10% discount for emergency service workers (NHS, fire service, and police), social care staff, teachers, those on low incomes, and those in receipt of pension or benefits, with proof of employment/financial circumstances. Please note this discount only applies to the individual session price and not to block bookings or packages.
